History

We started in 1993 with just one machine producing two dimensions of aluminum screw caps.

Today Herti manufactures more than 1 billion articles that are used for closing almost every kind of bottle.

Herti develops and markets new products  every year together with its subsidiary company Tihert JSC, specializing in tool production.

2015 - Herti joins the Confederation of the Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria

2014 - Herti receives IMP3 Rove evaluation from the European academy for innovation management

2013 - Implementation of SAP ERP system

2012 - Establishing the daughter company Herti Germany

2010 - Certification under BRC/IOP Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials

2008 - The trading with shares issued by Herti JSC started at BSE

2007 - Restructuring of the Limited company into a Joint stock company, establishing the daughter companies “Herti UK”, “Herti France” and “Tihert”

2005 - Application of the IAS and IFRS

2004 - Herti becomes co-founder and shareholder of Ekopack JSC – Bulgaria

2003 - Starting of  production of non-refillable pourers for aluminium closures

2000 - First certification by ISO 9001 and establishment of Herti Group International in Romania

1993 - Herti is established as a limited company with the common target to produce aluminum pilfer proof closures for spirits

The management puts efforts to  guarantee  an exclusive product quality, to understand  customers` needs, to show individual approach to every client providing them with customized packaging solutions.

The Management executes the National Code for Corporate Governance and follows the principles of fairness, honesty and transparency in all its activities. The social responsibility of Herti is acknowledged by the municipality, state authorities, Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as cultural organizations.

Herti is a member of SEDEX, CETIE and Closures group at the European Aluminum Foil Association.
